How do I receive my files after purchase?
After checkout:
- You’ll receive an instant download link on the confirmation page
- A download email will also be sent to the email address used at checkout
- Files may be delivered as individual files or in a ZIP folder, depending on the product
- Bundles are typically delivered in ZIP format
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Because our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once files have been delivered.

Most files are delivered in ZIP format.

- Right-click the ZIP folder
- Select “Extract All”

Can I customize the SVG designs?
